The College begins its day with morning worship (chapel) and
moral lessons. Baccalaureate service marks the end of the session in which the
College bids farewell all outgoing students. All scholarships and awards are
distributed on this occasion

The science students have the option to choose B.A or B.Com & commerce students can opt. for B.A. if they so desire. |

Pass in 10 + 2 or equivalent in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate
marks. Pass in 10 + 2 or equivalent in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks with maths as one of the compulsory subjects

For admission to II & III year course, the student should have passed I & II year examination respectively from R.D.V.V., Jabalpur or its equivalent examination from any other recognized University provided that if the student is from out side R D V V Jabalpur then she will have to undergo all formalities as per the rules and regulations of R.D.V.V., Jabalpur.
For admission, students must apply on the prescribed Admission Form only obtainable from the college office on cash payment of Rs100/-. The form can also be obtained by post on remittance of Rs.150/- by MO.
Along with the Admission Form the students must submit attested copies of the
following documents:-
1. Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended.
2. (a) Two copies of the mark-sheet of the qualifying examination
(b) One copy of the 10th class mark-sheet.
3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
4. Certificate of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe/other backward classes. (If
applicable)
5. Migration certificate for those students who have passed the qualifying
examination from the Board or University other than M.P. Board of Secondary
Education Bhopal/R.D.V.V., Jabalpur.
6. All original documents must be brought at the time of admission for
verification by the admission authority.
7. Original Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate must be submitted at
the time of admission. Duplicate Transfer Certificate will not be accepted under
any circumstances.
8. The Students must bring two recent passport size photographs at the time of
admission.
9. Admission to hostel is subject to admission in the college and the
students should contact the Hostel Manager, Hawabagh
Women’s Hostel Jabalpur, for the same.
10. All facilities and benefits declared by the Central/State Government
shall be provided to those who belong to ST/SC/OBC categories.
FEES STRUCTURE:
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Total fees except the University Examination fee must be paid at the time of
admission. Payment of fees in installments will not be considered under any
circumstances.
(a) Compulsory Fees - Payable by all students seeking
admission in the college.
(b) Other Fees - Will be charged as per policy of the
management.
(c) All the students seeking admission in the college are required to pay the
fees at the time of admission in the college office.
(d) Examination Fees - As decided by the R.D.V.V.,
Jabalpur by their notification. It is normally payable in November! December.
Fees for professional courses - The students of B.Sc.
I,
II, & III having Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Computer Science and Electronics
will have to pay an additional fees of Rs. 4000.00 as their course fees. B.Com.
1st Year student having computer application subject will also have to pay
additional fees.

TRANSFER AND WITHDRAWAL:
In case of withdrawal or transfer, the student must pay tution fees and other dues till the end of the session. Original documents once submitted will not be returned.
